Pröll KG’s (Germany) core business lies in the development and production of innovative screen and pad printing inks as well as custom products for coating/printing plastics.
Beyond the scope of its traditional business, Pröll is also endowed with leading capacities in the area of IMD technology.
The ink, NORIPHAN® HTR, developed in collaboration with Bayer MaterialScience AG, is perfectly suited to printing PC films (Makrofol®/Bayfol®). The ink is extremely flexible, resistant to high temperatures, and allows injection molding to be performed directly onto the surface of the ink.
NORIPHAN® HTR was created for the manufacture of 3D-forming parts in car interiors (climate controls) and mobile phones (keypads/lenses/covers).
Further inks and adhesion promoters are available for IMD applications.
