CANCELLATIONS / SUBSTITUTIONS
Cancellations made before 18 October 2008 will be charged at 10% of the invoice total.
Cancellations made between 18 October 2008 and 3 November 2008 will be charged at 50% of the invoice total.
Cancellations made after 3 November 2008 will be charged the full invoice total.
You may send a substitute delegate at any time. Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to EPNconferences@crain.com
Please note that all cancellations will incur a 50Euro administration charge fee.
IMPORTANT NOTICE - BOOKINGS RECEIVED LESS THAN TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE CONFERENCE DATE CAN ONLY BE PAID BY CREDIT CARD
You are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance, as we will not accept any liability for travelling, accommodation or other expenses incurred as a consequence of a possible conference cancellation or postponement. In any event, Crain Communications Ltd will not accept liability for any loss, including incidental or consequential damages, etc.
