FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I register at the conference?
Yes, you may register on the day at the conference but you will need to provide your credit card details in order for us to process your registration.

What happens if payment has not been received by the start of the conference?
All payments are to be made one week prior to the conference.  If you arrive at the conference without payment having been received by us, we will need to take your credit card details in order to hold the booking but will require confirmation of your payment to be sent to us as soon as possible to avoid being charged on your credit card.

Will translation be provided at the conference?
No, the conference will be conducted in English and no translation service will be available at the conference.

Can I receive an electronic copy of the presentations?
All registered delegates will receive a CD with the presentations on 15-20 working days after the conference. Please note that we are only able to supply presentations from speakers if they have agreed to it. Some speakers may choose to not have their presentations published on CD due to confidential information that may not be published publicly.

Can I copy the delegate pack for colleagues or customers?
No, all our delegate packs and the information therein are copyright and may not be reproduced in any way without prior permission from the organisers and the speakers.

Can I purchase the conference documentation?
Yes, the conference documentation can be purchased at a cost of £250. This will include a CD of the proceedings. If you would like to order the documentation, please send an email requesting it to

Will all the presentations be available on day?
All speakers are requested to provide their presentations prior to the conference in order for us to include them in the conference documentation. Unfortunately, we have no control over whether we receive the information in time.

What if I have to cancel my registration?
Cancellations will be charged for depending on when your place is cancelled. Please see individual Terms & Conditions on the web site for specific charges.  All cancellations must be received in writing.  Please note that all cancellations will incur a 50Euro administration charge fee.

May I send a substitute in my place?
Yes, a substitute may be sent at any time. Please confirm the substitution name in writing to EPNConferences, email:

How do I know if my registration form has been received?
Once your registration form has been processed, you will be sent a confirmation letter via email and/or by post. If you have not received you confirmation 7 days before the conference, please contact us at
